Shipping policy
- Once your package is with USPS or UPS, shipping times are out of our control. Please allow 24-48 hours for packages to scan. It is not the seller's responsibility if the order was shipped on time but does not arrive by the expected date.
- We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, but we always strive to get your items to you within the estimated timeframe.
- Errors/Missing Items - This must be reported within THREE (3) business days of receiving your delivery. If not reported within this timeframe, we will not fix, replace, or resend the item.
- Example: We cannot address a missing item that is reported 15 weeks after delivery.
- Damages/Claims
- Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damaged item and shipping materials (required for insurance claims). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A replacement or store credit will not be provided until the necessary photos are received.
- If your item arrives damaged, lost, or with any other issues, you must provide all necessary information for filing a claim. WE DO NOT offer refunds but will provide a reorder or store credit.
